Hard out about the Destroyers, and they have the Jackdaws in Dodixie this weekend. Going to be a challenge, sure as.

Yeah.. Muninns come, Muninns go.. I guess I'd have to cop to it eventually. I was doing pretty good, had a stretch of 8 sites, of either sort, went pretty smooth: warp to site, deal with the first wave in a hearty scrum, the hit the shortcut gate, ruck the next two waves, then the boss in his shiny battleship shows up, and I make the try. Ratbags -0, Koroua-8. There's always an until in life, son. Until..

Was in a site, dealt with the second wave in the final area, and then a third wave bowled around, and also the boss in his mean as battleship. Now, your koroua was already mostly neuted out and at about 35% shield capacity when this third bung scrum started. I made the mistake of trying to hit the ratbags webbing me instead of going right for the boss, and I was carked flat out. Thankfully, my other Muninn was on hot standby, and I came back with fresh shields and chocka capacitor to finish that third wave and the boss. Also salvaged my kit from the carked ship from the first go. Ratbags-1, Koroua-9

The next couple sites, that third wave would bowl around, along with the boss, even before I'd finished the last of the second wave. But, I went flat out after the boss, and just managed to make cark him, and all the other ratbags gapped it. Well, that almost worked regularly, for a few more sites. Until (there it is, again, 'until') a third wave showed up with mostly cruisers, and hitting my shield resistance holes, and I burnt my HAM launchers to cinders trying to munt the boss as fast as I could. Another carked Muninn. Thankfully, the CEO was able to contract me another hull, and using the recovered kit from the first bung mishap, I was able to go back into that scrum fresh, cark the boss, and salvage my other kit. Still, Ratbags-2, Koroua-10.

Calling it good there, as the lollies from the boss' battleships never quite covered the losses incurred. My brother and you have done much better, hacking the ratbags' data sites. The CEO's shield+HAMs concept is choice, I might need to just get knuckle under on my technique a bit more.

As for the bung kinos looking for whawhai in highsec, that seems to have blown over a mite, since they made a couple munted gank attempts and lost out. Nothing dear, but their rage is a little misplaced anyway. I've also heard the other, pretentious ratbag outfit is collapsing after their ratshit swagger couldn't impress once it came to locking, carking actual pilots. Any punter can munt the shields on a POCO (I know, I've done it from time to time), but exerting power takes more than half-arsed, chook fits of pique.

There are bigger things rumbling in the cluster, so stay frosty. The indy yakka's a beaut thing, keep it up.
