School Daze #36

 Dad,

Dyadya got here yesterday, and I ambushed him with fireworks in my Rifter. LOL, I have no idea what anything I heard over comms meant, but I imagine Grandma Venediktov would have washed his mouth out with soap had she heard all that. He got his barge flipped for ice mining, and headed straight out for Blue. Miners must have an odd definition of 'Vacation', he made the tiki tour just to do the same thing he's been doing up in The Citadel.

After he was over with the ice, I had class, and in the evening, I took him to one of those Duvolle Labs faculty piss-ups, and boy, was he the life of the party. He was even in a deep chinwag with Dr. Beene about nanite construction tech, and later Dr. Beene said I should bowl around his lab sometime!

Tomorrow, dyadya and I are going to tour my lowsec PI plants, and he might hunt up some Jaspet while we're out there. I get to play wingman in my Thrasher, popping ratbags while he gets knuckle under on the toka. Gabi's off that night, so we're going to throw some saussies on the barbie and lagers in the chilly box, have a beaut family dinner. If you're not doing anything, you should pop down!

I have a suspicion that the Serps are onto our game, dad. Every time I bowl around their campsites, they go radio silence, and even the head eggs don't undock. Been kinda quiet on that front. We'll see if I can't scare something up to draw you down here for a day or two..

P.S. How do you get this scrotty 'Rookie Chat' channel off my HUD. Every day, I get into my ship and get bombarded with beggars, capsuleers that won't run tutorials, and snarky eggs. I thought capsuleers were supposed to be the sweet as, cream of the crop? Not that lot.
